Privacy Notice to Our Clients: HomeFirst Mortgage Corp. and its employees recognize the importance of maintaining secure and confidential personal financial information that we receive and maintain about our clients. While information is the cornerstone of our ability to offer excellent service, our most important asset is our clients' trust. This notice provides you, our client, with our privacy policies and practices with respect to the disclosure of nonpublic information about you. Nonpublic personal information means personally identifiable information that is not publicly available.

Information We May Collect: In providing you with financial products or services, we collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
  • Information we receive from you verbally or on applications, tax returns, pay stubs, statements from assets, verbal verification from a third party.
  • Information we receive from a credit report agency.
  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others.


Information We May Disclose and To Whom We May Disclose: We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as required by law. This may include disclosure as necessary to process transactions, including disclosure with consumer consent, to protect against fraud, to attorneys, to a settlement company, to a consumer-reporting agency, in connection with a sale, to respond to a subpoena or court order. Our firm is regulated by standards set forth by the mortgage industry Code of Professional Conduct.

Our Security Practices: We restrict access to nonpublic information about our clients to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulation to guard your nonpublic personal information.
 

Former Clients: Even if you are no longer a HomeFirst Mortgage Corp. client, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you.
