A Brief History


HomeFirst Mortgage Corp. proudly launched its business in 1993. Started by experienced Loan Officers, HomeFirst Mortgage today is still owned and managed by one of the original founders, Greg Kundinger. Still an active loan officer, Greg brings over 36 years of mortgage banking experience to his approach to running the business. By combining his dedication to customer satisfaction and his commitment to a well-seasoned loan officering corp., Greg has helped to establish HomeFirst as one of the region's premier mortgage brokerages.

Structure
While HomeFirst Mortgage operates in various states around the country, experienced Loan Officers are allowed to work out of their home. Each home is licensed under the state and local zoning laws and is a legal branch of HomeFirst Mortgage Corp. This reduced overhead provides a better quality of life for the employees and increases productivity. Due to the high level of knowledge and experience as well as strict recruiting standards, our loan officers are able to fulfill our goals of superior service.
